Datenschützer droht mit Stopp der elektronischen Patientenakte – Der Bundesdatenschutzbeauftragte Ulrich Kelber kritisiert den Regierungsentwurf für ein Patientendaten-Schutzgesetz scharf. – Nach dem Willen der Bundesregierung soll die aus einem früheren Gesetzesvorhaben zunächst ausgeklammerte elektronische Patientenakte (ePA) nun Anfang 2021 mit einem groben Zugriffsmanagement starten. … Kelber sieht diesen Ansatz im ‚Widerspruch zu zentralen datenschutzrechtlichen Vorgaben‘. … Der Datenschutzbeauftragte empfindet es hier als besonders bedenklich, dass es ‚durch den Verweis auf das Verfahren bei der Datentransparenz viele verschiedene Berechtigte‘ wie Institutionen der Gesundheitsberichterstattung, Hochschulen, Interessensverbände, Gesundheitsministerin und nachgeordnete Behörden sowie „verschiedene zu berücksichtigende Zwecke“ gebe. The New Product Experimentation team’s app, called Tuned, encourages couples to create an intimate social network between just each other. From the iOS-only app, they can share their mood, exchange music, and create a digital scrapbook. It’s billed as a “private space” for both people to connect.“
